To start the process of finding your childcare specialist, we require a non-refundable registration fee of $349.00 which is applied toward the placement fee.​

  • Our thorough in-person or video conferencing interview with caregiver candidates

  • Detailed candidate profiles with an overview of work experience, education, skills, reference checks, and more. 

  • In-depth childcare employment reference checks 

  • Detailed guides and templates to assist you in the nanny interview process and long-term management

  • Rigorous background check with private investigative company

  • Complimentary follow-up calls post-hire

  • Up to 120 days of free replacement

  • Up to 120 days of backup babysitting - (family pays babysitter as agreed)

• The agency fee is non-refundable. If the candidate is not the right match for your family, we will switch to another candidate right away. We will do everything we can to make sure you have another caregiver that fits all your criteria.
